ChemSolver is built so you can use chemistry calculators without an account. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit the site or contact us.

You can use the calculators without signing in, and we do not sell the chemistry problems you enter.
ChemSolver does not require user accounts, subscriptions, or a student profile. The calculators are designed for direct use: open a page, enter a formula or equation, and read the result. We do not operate a homework-history feature, and we do not sell personal information.
If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send. If you visit the site, normal web hosting systems may process technical request data needed to deliver pages and protect the service.
Calculator inputs
Formula and equation inputs are used to show the result you asked for.
Some calculators keep your formula or equation in the page link so you can bookmark or share it. That can be useful, but it also means the formula or equation may be visible in your browser history, copied links, and any place where you paste the URL.
Do not enter private personal information into a chemistry input box. The calculators are meant for chemical notation and course problems, not for names, student IDs, health details, or other sensitive data.

Please avoid sending private student records, answer keys you do not have permission to share, medical information, or other sensitive material. If you want us to delete a support email you sent, contact us from the same address and describe the message.
